1. Introduction

Energyield Engineering Services (“we”, “us” or “our”) provides renewable energy design, engineering and consulting services. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (energyield.com) and any services we deliver to you.

By continuing to browse or use this website, or by requesting a quotation and engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

2. Our Services

We provide engineering services including, but not limited to, solar PV system design, structural engineering, electrical engineering, energy modelling and AHJ / utility compliance support. Details of each service are communicated in the proposal or scope of work provided for every individual engagement.

• Solar & renewable energy system design and engineering
• Structural and electrical engineering services
• Permitting, code-compliance and utility review assistance
• Consulting and energy feasibility analysis

3. Project Scope & Deliverables

The scope of work, deliverables, and milestones for every engagement are defined in a written proposal, quotation or agreement. No work outside the documented scope will be undertaken without a written variation approved by both parties.

Timelines are estimates provided in good faith. Delays caused by missing information, third-party review, or statutory processes may reasonably extend the delivery schedule.

4. Fees & Payments

Fees for services are set out in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as specified on the invoice.

• Invoices are payable within the term indicated on the invoice.
• Work may be paused on accounts that are overdue beyond 30 days.
• Reasonable travel and out-of-pocket expenses are billed at cost where applicable.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information required for us to deliver the services. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and consents for your project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All drawings, calculations, reports, models and other deliverables prepared by us remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for the specific project for which they were prepared.

You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute our deliverables for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

7. Warranty & Liability

We exercise reasonable professional skill and care in delivering our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a single engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed in connection with an engagement and to use it solely for the purposes of that engagement. This obligation survives the completion or termination of the engagement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
